On Friday, February 23 rd , 2024, Edwin Gao and Derek Zhu met to write their script introducing
all the events for the Lunar New Year festival the following day. The finished product was then
practiced and put on notecards.
On Saturday. February 24 th , 2024, Edwin Gao and Derek Zhu helped set up the venue for the
festival and continued organizing their lines for the following performances. They announced all
scheduled performances planned every hour and made necessary revisions and improvisations
following any changes. They managed all the performers and the hired live band.
The event ended in success with a high attendance and many successfully welcomed
performances taking place.
