On Sunday, February 18, Murrieta AYLUS members lended a hand to local senior centers.
At Torrey Pines Senior Living: The volunteers began with assisting the residents in their workout, taking time to help the residents stretch out their muscles and joints. After the workout, the residents were served juice, water, yoghurt, and pudding; with the volunteers assisting in feeding some of the residents. Afterwards, the residents read the daily chronicle together, before some of them were taken outside for walks. After the walks, the residents watched a short comedy program before they were taken down to lunch.

On February 18th, 2024, Murrieta AYLUS members played piano for the seniors.
Members prepared some new pieces that they thought the seniors would like. Members played a variety of pieces ranging from contemporary pieces to lyrical, and to jazz. The seniors all sang along with pieces they were familiar with. Members enjoyed performing for the seniors and will come back next week,
