On Nov. 4th, West Essex AYLUS members volunteered with My Circle of Friends to provide music class for special needs children. Members first read the lyrics together with the participants. Volunteers worked with each participant to sing line by line till they can sing it out loud. Then volunteers and participants sang the song as a group. The group practiced the holiday song they learned last week, “Jingle bells”. Volunteers took turns sing with the participates and then drew a charismas tree together. They also reviewed “You are my sunshine” and “Do re mi”.
