This is a one-person project approved by national AYLUS.
Columbus branch volunteers, Brenna Li assisted AYLUS board member, Dakun Wang, in packing and shipment of over 100 AYLUS T shirts to 8 branches (one batch was shipping out on 11/9 and the second batch was shipping out on November 16th).
Volunteer Brenna Li, assembled the USPS shipping boxes and prepared the address and recipient labels, and selected the right quantity and size combination for each of the branches based on their google order form, double-checked the quality of the T shirts, and packed (and triple checking) them in USPS priority flat rate boxes (medium or large), and sealed the packages with tapes. Before the packing, volunteer Brenna Li, summarized the order list based on the google forms, and ordered the shipping boxes and labels from the postal office.
