On November 11th, 2023, San Diego students of AYLUS organized a Healing Arts Society fundraising event. The goal of this activity is to raise funds for Libraries with Love to build libraries in Africa and bring more education opportunities for African children.
In order to raise funds, we collected artwork from students and printed the drawings on bags, t-shirts, canvas, and frames for sale. We attended the Fundraising Night event to collaborate with the Digital Art Club.
Through this activity, AYLUS volunteers were able to participate in the art charity sale by selling artwork and doing face painting for children.
