On October 19th, 2023, members of the AYLU-Columbus branch held an in-person weekly tutoring session for the 2023/2024 school year at the Abbey Church Village in Dublin, Ohio. This community is part of the national church residences and serves low income families, including new immigrant families. Only a few students came but they were able to improve and learn greatly during the session. The experience help younger students was extremely rewarding.
Ayden He’s mother, Wenhua Yang, was the adult supervisors of the session.
