On Sunday, September 24th, two members from the AYLUS Chapel Hill Branch volunteered to remove litter along the Bolin Creek Trail. Working together, we successfully collected a substantial amount of litter and trash. We were gratified to make a positive impact on our community. Littering has the potential to cause pollution, spread diseases, and endanger wildlife that may ingest it. We aspire to see our contributions and efforts lead to a cleaner and safer community!
Volunteers who participated in this event: Kathryne Hong (1.5 hrs), and Luna Chen (1.5 hrs).
