On the afternoon of July 23, 2023, the Frisco and Plano branch continued our initiative to further expand the All of Us medical research program’s database (https://allofus.nih.gov/) by maintaining our current ventures within Russell Creek Park, Plano. To earn more sign ups we handed out free lemonade or cotton candy to act as incentives and get people interested in signing up the All of Us research program. In this event we created a google form that could be accessed with a QR code to record name and email addresses of the registers. This allowed us to deal with the problem of illegible handwriting as there were times where it was difficult to read our entries on the paper. Overall this event could be called an astounding success as we had noticeably more people come to our stall compared to prior events, and counting the sign-ups from all of the events told us that we have a total of 98 sign-ups. Almost two-thirds of the way there to our 150 sign-ups goal. We successfully concluded the event after dark at 9:30PM.
