Located at the northeast corner of Emerald Parkway and Riverside Drive, Ferris-Wright Park preserves and showcases ancient earthworks, an 1800s farmhouse and natural features that are significant parts of Dublin’s history.
There were vegetable plants and flower plants around the shed, house, and in three Garden beds. The volunteers weeded the garden. They were planning to water the bed but it started raining so the volunteers were able to get everything done in a short amount of time. Before the rain started, they also harvested 5.4 pounds of yellow squash and donated to the Dublin Food Pantry to help the those in need.
