On the morning of May 14th, 2023, Columbus branch members got together to prepare for the donation to be delivered to Dublin Food Pantry designated drop-off location.
Ayden He, Estella Li, Catherine Harman, and Brenna Li (Maggie Zhang was not able to join due to schedule conflict), who will be the incoming student leaders worked hard to checked the approximately hundred donated food items for their conditions and made sure only the items in acceptable condition are to be donated. They discarded the few items passed the expiration dates and separated the items without clear expiration dates to be identified in a small bag for the pantry to decide what to do with the items. They also packed the donations to be in easy-to-transport conditions.
