On May 10th, 2023, members of the AYLU-Columbus branch held another in-person tutoring session at Abbey Church Village in Dublin, Ohio, as part of the weekly tutoring program. This community is part of the national church residences and serves low income families, including new immigrant families.
Five AYLUS Columbus members, Ayden He, Daniel Zheng, Eliana Chung, Brenna Li, and Esther Wang helped 4 elementary or middle school students with their math and English homework and organized mini competition during the session in which the pupils actively participated.
Ayden He’s dad, Ning He, was the adult supervisors of the session.
