On April 16, 2023, AYLUS West Essex members volunteered for Reeves Reed Arboretum’s Daffodil Day Festival at 165 Hobart Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901.
The Daffodil Festival in Summit, NJ. is one of the best and most family-friendly events to enjoy as a lover of springtime blooms. This year’s event was set for Sunday, April 16th from 11am to 3pm with volunteer shifts from 10:30am to 3:30 pm.
The festival offers Crafts, a petting zoo, local vendors, and great food. There were plenty of fun to had for all ages.
Our members worked on Decorate a Bag station helping kids draw on bags to hold other crafts in, the Tattoo station giving kids temporary tattoos, the art and craft station to help visitors make crafts and the prize table to hand out prizes at the visitors center.
