Aylus Manhasset organized a farm activity to volunteer at the Riverhead farm we had been to previously. While at the farm, various members helped with plantings and other chores which needed to be done. In the afternoon, we were able to meet up with other members to participate in a walk-around of the farm, including a look at many of the different species as part of our “Earth month” initiative. At the end of the day, we also helped out with some composting on top of what we had originally planned.
