On March 12, the Sugar Land Branch continued to maintain the butterfly garden at Memorial Park. More bluebonnets have bloomed since last week, so the members made sure to water the flowers. Additionally, with larger amounts of weeds, members pulled them out to avoid the weeds from overtaking other plants, giving more space for the bluebonnets to grow. With the recent strong winds, members also made sure to monitor the levels of water being generated from the windmill so that the garden would not flood.
