On September 10, AYLUS members volunteered at the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration held at the Birmingham Museum of Art (BMA). The event included traditional music, performances, arts and craft activities, and cultural foods. Volunteers helped BMA’s Asian Art Society by running the arts and crafts table, where they helped visitors create their own paper lanterns, mini mooncakes, and more. AYLUS members had a lot of fun celebrating this festival with their community!
