On December 28th, 2022, AYLUS Murrieta members went straight to Temecula Recycling after finishing collecting recyclables. Members took along all the other recyclables they collected throughout the past weeks. In total, members brought 8 bags and 1 box full of recyclables. When they arrived, members began by grabbing 3 buckets and putting plastic bottles, aluminum cans, and glass bottles in their separate containers. They had to grab another bucket for plastic bottles since they had too many bottles and ran out of space. When members finished, they had 4 full buckets of recyclables. Members made a total of $57.84 and can’t wait for their next recycling event!
