On December 31st, 2022, Murrieta AYLUS members scoured their local park for trash. Despite the cold and rainy weather, members still braved the cold and ventured out into the foggy park. They found many party supplies scattered around the park like popped balloons, scrap pieces of party poppers, decorations, and confetti. One of the members even started to pick up dog waste that was left by their owners! They also found bottles and saved it for later to add to their bag of recyclables. The drizzling rain started to get more severe so members quickly cleaned up the rest of the park, and decided to call it a day!
