On November 5th, 2022, Columbus branch members volunteered again in the UALC community garden, located in Hilliard, Ohio.
Even though the weather is getting cooler in central Ohio, the volunteers was busy in the garden, spreading compost to get it ready for the next growing season. Columbus members and their parents participated in this event with other adult or teenager volunteers in the community. They transported compost with one-wheel barrows and use their own tools to spread them onto the vegetable beds in the big garden. They also helped planted garlic in one vegetable bed.
This effort laid great groundwork for good crops next year.
