On the night of the event, Greater Memphis Branch members Annette Chen, Yuqi Chen, Elliot Chen, and Grace Ding assisted at the Night Rider Family event in Germantown. They engaged in creating chalk art, greeted visitors, set up stands, and tidied up after the event had concluded. The volunteers worked for a total of 4 hours, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
