On Saturday, September 3, 2022, the Phoenix Branch volunteered to contribute to help preserve a popular local park, Veterans Oasis Park. The volunteers got up very early in the morning to clean up any plastic, or other garbage in the area. Their dedication paid off after 2 hours of work to pick up the trash that was left behind.
