On August 28, Sugar Land Branch continued Stay Fit At Home exercise sessions.
As usual, we began with a full body stretch, focusing mainly on stretching the leg muscles in preparation for the next set. In the next set, we reintroduced skater hops and included other leg exercises like front, side, and back lunges. Between every other exercise, we did 10 squats. In total, we repeated this set 3 times and ended the session with a quick ab set and 1 minute plank hold. Participating members were Isabella Wu and Nicole Wu. The session in total lasted 40 minutes.
