On August 21, Sugar Land Branch continued Stay Fit At Home exercise sessions. We started with a full body stretch to warm up the body, followed by a few simple cardio exercises like jumping jacks. Next, we continued with another cardio set consisting of burpees, plank jacks, butt kicks and high knee jumps. We did one minute of each exercise and repeated this twice after a lengthy break in between. In the next set, we did an ab set consisting of V ups, a plank hold, and multiple variations of crunches. This set was repeated thrice. Lastly we finished off with an arm circle set and a short calf raise set. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu. The session lasted for 40 minutes.
