Sugar Land Branch Continues Stay Fit At Home #111

On August 14, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. Instructors started the session with a warmup of cardio exercises. Next, the set included more exercises focusing on arm strengthening with the set consisting of plank hold, push-up plank hold, shoulder taps, and bicep curls. Each exercise was done for 1 minute and the set was repeated 3 times with short breaks in between. Our next set of exercises consisted of multiple intensive cardio exercises, repeating this set twice. We concluded with a 10 minute full body stretch to relax our muscles, teaching participants how to effectively stretch. The session lasted 40 minutes total. Participating members were Isabella and Nicole Wu.
