The AYLUS Middlesex branch visited a local plant nursery on Thursday. Our entourage of five(David
Wang, Joseph Wang, Arielsie Li, Henry Stepanyants, Peter Lou) helped to replant a variety of seedlings
which would be sold at the local fair. Swingingly went the afternoon in the hoop house, where each
member worked amongst lighthearted chatter, solidifying the fragile roots of early burgeons with
steady, fertilizer-aided soil. Under the pleasant shifting lights of a sunny afternoon, we managed to
transplant 187 pots. It was quite a impressive result: if each plant were sold at the market price of five
dollars a pot, that would be 935 dollars generated for the nursery! The service time is 3.5 hours.
