The 2022 World Games will be held in Birmingham, AL, and AYLUS has coordinated with the World Games (TWG) as a Youth Volunteer Group. They will help at the Games themselves, as well as with set-up and break-down events.
On July 10, AYLUS members arrived at Avondale Park to help with the Field Archery event. They transported and unloaded ice to different sections of the venue, including the VIP lounge, medical tent, concession stand, and various water coolers around the park. Afterwards, they roped off an area in the woods for spectators to safely view the archers. They stood by this perimeter throughout the entirety of the event to ensure no visitors crossed the safety tape.
