On Sunday, February 19th, 2022, members of the AYLUS Chapel Hill Branch participated in a trash clean-up event along the Bolin Creek Trail. With the event starting at 1:30 pm and ending at 3:00 pm, the members managed to collect four bags of trash. Among the trash collected were bottles, candy wrappers, lighters, and much more. We hope to continue to serve and positively impact the environment of our community through clean-ups like these.
The volunteers that participated in this event were: Nicholas Wang (1.5 hours), Luna Chen (1.5 hours), Jack Xu (1.5 hours), Kathryne Hong (1.5 hours).
