On October 16, Sugar Land Aylus continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. First, participants did 50 jumping jacks to warm up their bodies. Moving on to the first set, instructors led participants through a leg and calf raises set. The leg set included fire hydrant, side leg raises, and donkey kicks. The set was repeated. Next, everyone took a break from legs and did an ab set of V ups, sprinter crunches, crunches, 8 of each exercise, in addition to 1 minute of russian twists. The set was repeated twice. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu. The session lasted 30 minutes.
