On October 13, Sugar Land Aylus continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. First, participants did 30 seconds of each skater hops, mt climbers, tricep dips, and plank. The set included ab exercises like burpees, leg raises, and crunches. The set was repeated but reversed. To conclude, participants ended with one minute of wall sit. Participating AYLUS members were Jialu Liu and Amy Liu. The session lasted 30 minutes.
