On October 9, Sugar Land Aylus continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. Instructors began with cardio warmup and stretching legs in preparation for the following set. The first main set was a lunge set in which participants start with 16 right lounges, middle lounges, and left lounges and decrease the amount of lounges performed by half until reaching 1. Next, instructors led participants through a plank set to the song “Cha-Cha Slide.” When the song says “to the right”, participants would walk their planks to the right. When it plays “to the left”, participants would walk their planks to the left, and so on. Participants got a break and moved on to the last set of the day. The last set was a cardio/arm set consisting of burpees, push up burpees, and shoulder raises. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu. The session lasted 30 minutes.
