On October 2nd, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit at Home Exercise sessions. Instructors started with a short 5 min stretch and warm up. Next, instructors did a cardio set to the beat of the music and repeated it twice. This set consisted of burpees, high knees, butt kicks, and jumping jacks with two versions of knee to elbow between each cardio exercise. After that, the instructors led a calf and leg set where participants learned how to stretch their calves and worked on strengthening exercise. Following this was a series of lunge variations and this ended with an` ab strengthening set.
