September 29th, the Sugar land Branch continued the stay fit at home exercise sessions. The instructors began with a stretch. The first set included front knee lunges, lunge jumps, burpees, and push up planks, repeated twice. The next set had squats, calf raises on both legs, followed by a 30 second break. Next, we worked on a mix of abs and cardio by doing burpees, should taps, mountain climbers, shoulder raises, plank jacks, shoulder taps, jumping jacks, and bicep curls followed by a one minute break. The set was repeated three times. Instructors led a cool down. Participating AYLUS members were Jialu and Amy Liu. The session lasted 30 minutes.
