September 22th, the Sugar land Branch continued the stay fit at home exercise sessions. The instructors began with a stretch. The first set was a cardio set, which included jumping jacks and lunges with short breaks in between, repeated twice. The next set was a strength set on abs, consisting of push ups, planks, and side planks followed by a 1 minute break. The second rep had 20 second planks instead of 30 seconds like the first round. Next, we worked on arms and legs by doing bicep curls, shoulder raises, lunges, and calf raises. The set included burpees, push-up burpees, burpee jacks, and step burpees. The set was repeated. Instructors led a cool down. Participating AYLUS members were Jialu and Amy Liu. The session lasted 30 minutes.
