From August 20th- August 26th, AYLUS Scottsdale members made bookmarks in preparation to donate them to the Boys and Girls Club. AYLUS members bought laminator machines, cardstock paper, laminator paper, and paper cutters in order to make these bookmarks. All of these supplies were required to ensure the best quality in the bookmarks. The purpose of this event was to help young children enhance their love for reading and their reading skills. Members that participated are: Andrew Yang (3hrs), Shaw Hu (3hrs), Bridget Chen (2hrs), William Chu (3hrs), Logan Zhao (3hrs), Leona Wang (3hrs), Laura Wang (3hrs), and David Sun (3hrs).
