On 8/20/21, the AYLUS Manhasset Branch tended to the community garden by watering plans and checking on their state of well being. Gavin brought some of his friends to join us.
This week, we discovered that one of the plants in the garden was an invasive species and harmful to the environment. As a result, we spent some time trying to get rid of it and to make sure its been disposed. Afterwards, we tended to the garden as usual and harvested some vegetables that were ripe.
There was also some discussion regarding a fall project.
