On 8/7/21, AYLUS Syosset partnered with Nassau County Legislator Josh Lafazan, AYLUS Manhasset and multiple other community organizations to host and run a back to school supply and clothing drive for the Youth and Family Counseling Agency (YFCA) of Oyster Bay.
The Youth and Family Counseling Agency of Oyster Bay has been providing social services and mental health aid to the local community for more than fifty years. AYLUS Syosset is greatly honored to have participated in their back to school drive.
AYLUS Syosset and AYLUS Manhasset jointly donated more than $800 worth of school supplies and 6 large bags of clothing collected from local community members over the past month.
We are also delighted to announce that at the YFCA Back To School Drive, AYLUS Syosset as an organization and its board members individually (Alan Huang, Leo Cheng, Jasmine Chen and Ryan Leung) were presented with Nassau County Legislature Citations for outstanding service and commitment to the local community.
