On August 13, the Sugar Land Branch continued the summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. The cardio warm up consisted of butt kick, squats, froggers, knees to elbows. The warm up was done 2 times. To work on abdominal muscles, the next set consisted of a combination of starfish, crunches, russian twists, and leg raises. Lastly, since this session was the last session of the summer, the participants got to choose their favorite exercise or exercise set to do. The session lasted for 30 minutes. AYLUS participants were Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu.
