On August 9, the Sugar Land Branch continued the summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. The session started with a quick warmup consisting of neck rolls, arms and legs stretch. Next, participants followed the instructor with a set of squats, burpees, and jump squats. After a break, the set was repeated. Continuing, instructors led everyone into the next exercise: jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and high knees. The set was repeated with breaks in between. Instructors taught participants how to do shoulder taps, shoulder raises, and bicep curls with weights. The set was repeated with breaks in between. AYLUS instructors were Amy Liu and Charlotte Lin. The session lasted for 30 minutes.
