On August 6, the Sugar Land Branch continued the summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. To get ready for the upcoming leg set, participants followed a warmup that included single and both leg calf raises, runners position stretches, jumping jacks, and butt kicks. After the warmup, participants followed instructors for front and side lunge pulses. After a break, instructors led everyone into the next exercise: sumo squat pulses and sumo squat holds. The set was repeated with a break in between. Instructors taught participants how to stretch their legs after a strenuous leg workout so they can relax their muscles. Lastly, instructors introduced some short exercise combinations. AYLUS instructors were Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu. The session lasted for 30 minutes.
