On August 2, the Sugar Land Branch continued the summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. After warming up, instructors led participants through a set of leg exercises. The set was repeated and a break was given. The next set was an ab set consisting of 30 seconds each of planks, leg raises, bridge ups, and russian twists. The set was repeated. After a break, participants followed for leg exercises such as burpees, bicep curls, high knees, jumping jacks, overhead presses, and butt kicks. AYLUS participants were Charlotte Lin, Isabella Wu, and Amy Liu. The session lasted for 30 minutes.
