On July 23, the Sugar Land Branch continued the summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. As always, instructors began with a warmup of shoulder rolls, neck rolls, and some leg stretches. To conclude the warmup, participants did arm circle variations. To start off, participants did 45 seconds of jumping jacks. Next, instructors led participants through the first set, which focused on arms and abs. The exercises alternated between arm rows (with weights) and bicycles or crunches. The set was repeated. After a break, participants did another 45 seconds of jumping jacks. The next set was a leg strengthening set that included new leg exercises including cross leg bends, leg push, and butt touches. Instructors led participants though a cool down and stretch. The session lasted for 30 minutes. AYLUS instructors were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
