The final Asian American History Seminar presentation was held on Monday, June 28th. The two presenters were Patrick Wang and Max Wang. They both introduced and discussed on two chapters of the book “The Chinese in America” by Iris Chang which included topics such as the Great Depression and more. AYLUS members Rachel Zhu, Christina Jin, Joseph Lin, Nicole Lin, Kerrie Cheng, Andrea Yu, Katie Lu, Sitan Gao, Catherine Harman, Andrew Xia, Kevin Wang, and Angelika-Lili Susanto attended the seminar. A discussion was held after the presentations to allow members and presenters to voice their opinions. The presentation was well-attended by students and adults in the Dublin community (50+ people).
Across the 4 seminar series, there were over 150 attendees.
