On June 23rd, the third presentation of the Asian American History Seminar was held. The three presenters were Brenna Li, Andrea Yu and Catherine Harman. Brenna Li introduced some Asian American History facts as she had created a few posters for Grizzell Middle School’s AAPI heritage month, and Catherine Harman discussed some interesting modern and historical facts that she learned from the documentary “China from Above”. Andrea Yu presented the book “Asian American Dreams” by Helen Zia and hosted the valuable discussion that followed the presentations. AYLUS members Rachel Zhu, Joseph Lin, Nicole Lin, Christina Jin, Kerrie Cheng, Kevin Wang, Angelika-Lili Susanto and Katie Lu attended the seminar. The presentation was well-attended by non-member students and adults in the Dublin community.
