On June 9th, 2021, GTVA members worked together to write an email letter to the Temecula Sunrise Rotary Club discussing and following up on their meeting on Tuesday June 8th.
GTVA leaders and members first brainstormed what was needed in the letter and then started distributing parts of it to each person. Members finalized the email to have 5 different parts. Jessica Lu (1 hr) was in charge of completing the introduction, Kai Atanassov (1 hr) talked about our musical ideas, Zaiba Choudhury (1 hr) promoted our ✨incredible summer programs✨, Julie Lu (1 hr) helped link our summer events video in the email, Tonya Liu (1 hr) helped to write the closing to our letter, and finally, Adora Xiao (1.5 hrs) and Ally Negulescu (1.5 hrs) led the group to edit the content.
The GTVA branch is not only here to help the community moreover to also enhance each individual’s talents and leadership abilities. Even though writing a formal letter together was really stressful, we’re all super proud of everyone for trying their best and creating an amazing final draft!
