On May 22, the Sugar Land Branch Continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. After completing the set, instructors taught some cool-down exercises to do after completing the sessions. Instructors emphasized that cool downs were important in gradually slowing down the heart rate back to normal and helps decrease muscle soreness after heavy exercises. Cool down exercises are mainly slow movements and light stretches including light jogging, walking, toe touches, knee to chest, downward dog, and marching. AYLUS instructors were Nicole and Isabella Wu. The session lasted for 30 minutes.
