On May 15, the Sugar Land Branch Continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. This session introduced a new concept which Stay Fit At Home previously did not focus on: hip strength. Instructors demonstrated new exercises to help with hip rotation and strength using weights. The other focus of this session was building leg muscles. In placing an object (such as a water bottle) in between the ankles, participants could lift their legs above the object to build strength. AYLUS instructors were Nicole and Isabella Wu. The session lasted for 30 minutes.
