In May 2021, student members of the Greater Princeton Branch of AYLUS (GPA) teamed up and continued teaching kids in the subjects of math.
GPA member Annie Miao (5/2, 2 hrs): This week, Annie and her tutee finished up lessons on inequalities with linear equations, number lines, and graphs. They then reviewed the definition of like terms and how to combine them when encountered in equations.
GPA member Kevin Song (5/2, 3 hrs): This week we continued our Algebra content! First, we answered a warm up question and then started with some problems surrounding conversion factors. Students went in depth with these factors and did a lot of problems individually and together! Next, we played a virtual game from Gimkit and we introduced homework. We’ll be having class next week!
