On April 29, Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. The session began with a legs warm up consisting of high knees and knee to elbows. Following the warm up twice, the next set consisted of arm rows with weights, bicycles, and crunches. This set was done twice and was targeted at strengthening arms and abs. The final set was designed to work out legs, members lead participants in squats and standing leg raises. The session ended with a minute of wall sit. Participating members were Jialu Liu, Nicole Wu, Isabella Wu, and Elliott Yeh.
