On April 17, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. Warming up, instructors stretched out arms and legs and demonstrated some simple knee to elbow and high knee walk, and gradually transitioned to jumping jacks and butt kicks to get participants’ blood pumping. Next, instructors led participants through the first set, which mainly consisted of cardio exercises including burpees, high knees, split jumps, and squat jumps. The next set was also a cardio set but instructors also added in some arm exercises as well. That set was repeated, and the 30 min session ended. AYLUS participants included Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu.
