On April 14, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions.
For a short warmup, instructors led short exercises like knee to elbow and skater hops for either 30 seconds or 1 minute. For the rest of the session, a leg set was held consisting of 45 seconds of one exercise, and 15 of another, exercises we did were squats, calf raises, and lunges. The next set was an cardio set that used weights for bicep curls and as well as burpees. To conclude, an arm set of arm circles were done to cool down. AYLUS participants were Jialu Liu, Elliott Yeh, Nicole Wu, and Isabella Wu.
