On April 7, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions.
Instructors first began with a warm up consisting of a few cairo exercises: jumps and burpees. Next, an ab set was done with exercises like shoulder taps and russian twists, the set was repeated twice with 1 minute of rest in between. The final set for the day was another cardio set but with push up burpees and sumo squats. The session lasted 30 seconds. AYLUS participants were Jialu Liu and Elliott Yeh.
